UFO movie studio

The creation of a UFO studio for films and television marks the first time that a new film studio has been built in Bulgaria since 1962.

The only other studio built at that time is the Bulgarian studio "Boyana". This type of construction is extremely rare, and the preparation of the documentation and the construction of a facility for such a purpose have proved to be a difficult task. A number of difficult challenges have been created for the developer Romanov Group Ltd.

Led by Roman Romanov, the company has overcome the challenges and built a budget facility that has become one of the most prolific film studios in Eastern Europe.

The project and its implementation include the following activities:

• Preparing documents, subtracting permits, opening a construction site

• Execution of a metal bearing structure

• Construction of an electrical installation

• Construction of plumbing installations

• Insulation and covering of facade walls with siding

• Internal walls and finishing works

I can say without hesitation that the team of Romanov Group Ltd. has done a great job in building my 5000 square meter studio. I continued to use his company for a number of upgrades on the site and recently we are trying to build another 4,000 square meters.
