The Red House, Podgumer
Single-family house without a basement of reinforced concrete construction with a whole base plate. The roof is sloped, made of wooden beams. Energy efficiency is achieved with 10 cm of rock wool on walls and roof. The walls are covered with a vinyl casing from the American siding of the Crane brand. The color is unique with lifetime warranty when changing shades. The bells are designed in white soffit, which combines well with the three-chamber PVC window frames and the facade in burgundy color.
Apart from its color, the Red House is also distinguished by its heating method. It is the first house in the area that is geothermal.
